Bingo. 7:30PM Abita Springs Town Hall. All ages welcome. Six and under need not play. Children 6-12 must play at least a 6/10 pack–$7.00. Children 13 and older must play at least 10/12 pack–$15.00.
Slidell Movie Night: Grease. 8:15PM. Heritage Park. Popcorn, hotdogs, candy, chips and ice cream will be available for $1 and proceeds will benefit Olde Towne Slidell Main Street and the City of Slidell’s 2014-2015 Cultural Season. Admission is free, thanks to the city’s 2013-2014 Cultural Season Sponsors.

Hammond Farmer’s Market. 9AM-3PM. Downtown Hammond.
Hometown Hero Storytime: Cars and Trucks and Things that Go. 11AM. Barnes and Noble Mandeville.
Author Signing with Rhonda Johnson Valladares. 1PM. Join Rhonda and the Lil Yats crew at this children’s book signing event.

Piper and Friends Day. 1-5PM. Children’s Discovery Center. Appearances by Piper, Cookie Monster, and friends all day long. Regular admission rates apply.
