I had a great question here on the site the other day and I couldn’t answer it despite having been in business over four years. Her question? Which neighborhoods around here trick or treat? It was one of the first questions I asked when I moved into my current home ten years at the end of October, so I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me before this! I asked on Facebook and here’s a list of neighborhoods that DO trick or treat. If your neighborhood doesn’t, no worries! The towns of Madisonville and Abita Springs both have Halloween celebrations that are open to the public and Ponchatoula has two different trunk or treats happening in the middle of town.
Neighborhoods that Trick or Treat in Abita Springs
Neighborhoods that Trick or Treat in Covington
Penn Mill Lakes
Tuscany West Estates
Neighborhoods with Trick or Treating in Mandeville
Forest Brook (especially towards the back)
Pineland Park Estates
Neighborhoods with Trick or Treating in Pearl River
Neighborhoods with Trick or Treating in Slidell
Bayou Cache (off West Hall)
Eden Isles Drive (but just that one street)
Lake Village Subdivision
