Traditional Summer Camps

21st CCLC Summer Camp. For students who have finished first through eighth grade. Available at four St. Tammany schools. For more information, please see their website. 

Kehoe France. For ages 1-13. A different theme each week. Before and after care available at an additional price. Visit their site for more information. 

Boys and Girls Club Summer Camp. Ages 6-18. Programming includes educational enrichment, arts and crafts, health and fitness, and character and leadership development. For more information please visit their website. 

Camp Colossal at Cedarwood School. Colossal, The Ultimate Camp Experience, for our campers entering lst-5th grades. Colossal offers a balance of summer fun with educational opportunities. Campers learn individual lifelong skills like swimming, participate in activities that encourage teamwork, and have plenty of time to explore and express their own individuality. Camp Kaleidoscope at Cedarwood School. Camp Kaleidsocope for younger campers 2-5 years old is Cedarwood’s setting for exploration, discovery and the development of unique imaginations. Young children (entering preschool through kindergarten) are encouraged to express themselves and develop their sense of independence and self esteem. Experienced professionals, artists, teachers and assistants kindle the imaginations of the youngsters while they forge new horizons during each two-week session. Ages 2-5. Mandeville Sports Complex. Ages 3-12 (must be potty trained). Before and after care available for an additional fee. We have an awesome summer planned! Your child will make new friends as well as participate in a variety of activities to promote volleyball, soccer, flag football, indoor/outdoor games, weekly field trips and much more. Our staff is caring, motivating and encouraging to the children in all group activities easing them into full and fun participation. See more on their website.

Camp Northlake. For children entering Kindergarten through those entering sixth grade. Before and after care available for an additional fee. At Camp Northlake, we place a strong emphasis on the spiritual growth of our campers.  We believe that the best thing we can give our children is the ability to hide God’s Word in their hearts and draw closer to Him through the knowledge of His Word. Creation Sensation at Christ Episcopal School. For students in grades K-7th. Before and after care available for an additional fee. A variety of activities are provided for students depending on age including robotics, animation, drama, athletics,art, and weekly field trips. Francos Summer Camp. Kids ages 4-13. Before and aftercare available for an additional fee. Camp includes swimming, tennis, racquetball, arts and crafts, and unique physical fitness activities. For more information please visit their website. 

Galloways Summer Camps. Before and after care available for an additional fee. Each week a different theme: Art, Cheer, Pop Star, Science, Cooking, and more. See their website for more information.

Kid Cam. For children ages 3-13. Before care is free. Aftercare available for an additional fee. This year’s theme is Throwback Summer. Kidcam’s engaging weekly themes are action-packed with activities that promote fun, fitness, friendship, and creativity each week of camp. Haven’t registered for all of your weeks yet?

YMCA. For students ages 5-12. Each week a different theme: core values, animal planet, pirates, mad scientist, and more. For more information visit their site. 

Zoo 2 U. For boys and girls ages 6-14. Some before and after care available. Our summer camp includes activities such as hayrides, bottle feeding baby goats and calves. Grooming goats, shearing sheep, brushing out horses and bathing “Humphrey” our baby camel are some of the activities throughout our day. Your child will also get to ride some of our ponies and horses with an adult walking the horse. We also have an inflatable water slide and a four-foot pool to cool off in. Half of our barn is air conditioned where we do arts and crafts, have lunch and watch a movie. Visit their site for more information. 

Sports Camps

Fun and Fitness Camp at Gymnastic Plus.  For children ages 5-12. Fun, fitness, swimming, games, and special activities.

Playmakers Indoor Sports. Multi-sport summer day camp.

Yoga Camp for Teen and Pre-teen Girls. Learn yoga poses and breathing techniques. Practices guided journaling and create a vision board. Participants will learn to create their own daily yoga practice. Session one is June 23rd-27th for ages 11-14. Session two is from July 21st-25th for ages 15-18. STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts Math) Camps

Art Camp at Studio Cicero. For children ages 6 and up. 9AM-1PM. Sessions June 16-20th, July 7th-11th, and July 14th-18th. Special teen session for 12 & up will be held from July 28th to Aug 1st from 12-4PM. For more information please visit their their Facebook page. 

Bricks 4 Kidz. A Bricks 4 Kidz® camp is a fresh and fun way for kids to spend their school break!  With specially-designed Bricks 4 Kidz® models, LEGO® games galore, and plenty of time for creative play, the kids are always having fun.  Themed camps are specially designed for kids ages 5-13 and are staffed by trained, screened Bricks 4 Kidz® teachers.  Preschool camps are also available weekly throughout the summer for your little ones and will follow a new, developmentally appropriate theme each week. Visit their site for more info.

MADD (Music, Art, Drama, and Dance) Camp at Cedarwood School. For students entering grades 1st-7th. Talented artists and teaching professionals spark the imaginations and talents of young people in grades (entering) first through seventh in Music, Art, Drama and Dance. Cast members design and create their own sets and costumes and experiment with stage makeup and lighting. Two weeks of creative efforts culminate in an amazing theatre performance featuring group cooperation, individual talent, and thriving confidence. Kindermusik Camp. Age:2-7  When: June 16-20th and/or July 28th-August 1st
Time: ages 2-5, 10am-11:30am & ages 4-7, 1pm-3pm
Where: ‘Trinity Baptist Church’ 71117 Hwy 59, Abita Springs, La

Camp Jubilee. Ages 10-16. Camp dates July 14th-31st. Performances August 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. This year’s performance will be The Wizard of Oz. Registration forms available at www.entertainjub.com.

Robotics Summer Camp. Kids entering 5th-9th grade.
