Bingo. 6:30PM Abita Springs Town Hall. All ages welcome. Six and under need not play. Children 6-12 must play at least a 6/10 pack–$7.00. Children 13 and older must play at least 10/12 pack–$15.00.

Color Me Calm. 11AM-12:30PM. Amite Library. Coloring is relaxing, stress-relieving, and fun activity. Join your fellow color enthusiasts to color away your troubles with soothing music, warm drinks, and a full hour of calm coloring. Adult program but all ages welcome.
The Legend of Rock, Paper, Scissors. 11AM. Barnes and Noble. From Drew Daywalt, author of the New York Times bestseller The Day the Crayons Quit, comes a laugh-out-loud picture book about the epic tale of the classic game Rock, Paper, Scissors. Activities to follow.
Amite’s Silly Saturday. 12:30PM-1:15PM. Amite Library. Movies and games.
Family Wii. 1-2:30PM. Hammond Library. Play Wii games.
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory Sing Along. 6PM. Madisonville Library. This family-friendly event for all ages will feature a sing-along and a fun pack to enjoy during the viewing of the main event, “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory,” starring Gene Wilder. The fun pack for the event will include such things as Willy Wonka candy and bubbles for attendees to use at the appropriate times in the movie. Fun packs will be available while supplies last. Everyone is encouraged to attend in his or her favorite Willy Wonka themed costume. Fun packs may include gummy bears, lollipops, gobstoppers, candy buttons, gumballs, laffy taffy, candy canes, chocolate eggs and miniature hershey bars. Cake and lemonade will also be served. Rice krispies will be available for participants with food allergies. Please alert librarian Shellie Lister at firstname.lastname@example.org one week before the event about any allergies.

Aldersgate Easter Egg Hunt. 11:30AM. Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Bring your chairs and picnic blanket to set up your spot! We will have an Easter Egg Hunt, Lawn Games, Music, Amazing Food, and a Photo Booth set up by our friends at Apple Tree Preschool! Food provided by: Old School Food Truck, AUMC Men’s club, And more! You can also feel free to pack your own picnic lunch! ALL are WELCOME!
Abita Springs Farmers Market. Noon-4PM. Abita Trailhead.
Kids Town Rubber Duck Regatta and Eggstravaganza. Noon-3PM. Lakeview Regional Hospital.There will be entertainment for all ages, food, Easter Egg Hunts and of course the Rubber Duck Regatta held in the Pond at Lakeview Regional Medical Center. All proceeds will go to the building and upkeep of Kids Town located on Koop Drive in Mandeville, Louisiana. Entrance fee $1-$2.
