Bingo. 6:30PM Abita Springs Town Hall. All ages welcome. Six and under need not play. Children 6-12 must play at least a 6/10 pack–$7.00. Children 13 and older must play at least 10/12 pack–$15.00.

SATURDAY, March 10th, 2018

Shamrock Spring and 5K. 7AM. Covington Trailhead Museum ad Visitor’s Center. Kelly Kicking Cancer hosts their annual signature fund-raising event. It will be a festival atmosphere with live music by local bands, DJs and food & drink from area restaurants. Last year’s event raised over $27,000 with over 300 runners, walkers and families. The event starts at 7am at Covington Trailhead Museum and Visitors Center. Admission: Pre-registered youth (age 12 and under) is $10 and all entrants age 13 and over is $30 or $25 race only/no T-Shirt. Dri-Fit T-Shirt option is available for a small additional cost. Race day registration cost is $15 for youth, $35 for entrants 13 and over

The Magician’s Hat Storytime. 11AM. Barnes and Noble. An inspiring Storytime about kids who reach down into a magician’s hat and discover something better than they could ever imagine — books that help them become whatever they want to be. Activities to follow.

Movie: A Wrinkle in Time for ages 7-14. Noon-12PM. Slidell Library. Join us to watch the 2003 film adaptation to Madeline L’Engle’s novel, A Wrinkle in Time. Registration is not required. Popcorn and lemonade will be served. Please call the branch for details.
