Join your friends at the Southeast Louisiana National Wildlife Refuges Complex and the Friends of Louisiana Wildlife Refuges, Inc. as we present “Boo on the Bayou.” This is a FREE, fun-filled walk-thru Halloween event that winds through our historic Bayou Lacombe Centre property. Stop at several stations to learn more about how wildlife like spiders, snakes, bats, owls and alligators are not spooky but helpful.
Some stations will have live animals. We ask that all participants stay with their group at all times and follow the directional signage for the event. At the last station, the first 200 participants will receive a goody bag with a wildlife themed activity courtesy of the Friends of Louisiana Wildlife Refuges, Inc.’
**This is NOT a Trunk-or-Treat event**
