FAQs

What should I bring to the event?

You can bring your own reusable shopping bags to hold your items. Another great idea is to bring a wagon. We do have some large reusable totes available to use while you shop but they are available on a first come first serve basis.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

Yes, if you find you are unable to use your ticket, it is transferable to someone else to use.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You need to bring either a printed copy of your ticket, or you can show your ticket on your smartphone at the door.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds for tickets. However, if you are unable to attend, you are able to transfer your ticket to someone else.
