Join us at the Northlake Nature Center this summer for StoryWalk®!
A StoryWalk® is a great way to get moving and enjoy the great outdoors. StoryWalk® is a fun, educational activity that places a children’s story (literally a book taken apart) along a popular walking route in your community. Families enjoy the story at their own pace as they walk along from one page to the next. Questions and prompts are included at the bottom of each page to encourage participation.
The StoryWalk® will take about a half-hour to complete, but the adventure could be stretched out longer as families enjoy the trails at the center.
