When my friend Margaret unveiled the nursery for her baby boy, Roy III I knew I was going to have to share it with all of you. While modern can sometimes be cold or sparse, Margaret managed to avoid this. Her nursery feel warm and cuddly–perfect for a little boy! She even DIY’d a lot of it–taking old furniture and painting in a slate blue to update it. As I usually do, I’m not going to spend a lot of time yapping when you can just take in the pictures and see for yourself. Here are the shopping details:
Puppy knob pulls- Hobby lobby
mobile- Etsy
puppy fan pulls-Etsy
most art-Art.com,
rug-Wayfair
wall hanging- Wayfair
lamps-Target
Window shade–Created by Carolyn’s Sewing located in Margaret’s hometown of Monroe. Fabric is “Bad to the Bone.”
I hope you enjoyed checking out this real nursery from a local mom right here in Covington. I also hope it gave you some inspiration for your next decorating project!
