“Anything You Ever Wanted To Know About Louisiana Irises”. Come out the stroll the boardwalk and see all the irises in bloom with the members of the Greater New Orleans Iris Society who will be on site to answer any questions about the information posters that they created for the NNC to help you identify our native irises. Our Mandeville Rotary will be providing a “Café” in the pavilion for you to enjoy as you breathe in the spectacular view! Nature Photographer John Paul Duet will be on site with images of irises and birds for you to bring home the views he has captured at the Northlake Nature Center
