Sips of the Season, started in 2012, is an annual Stroll that brings guests through Historic Old Mandeville, with lots of fun and festivities along the way. The Stroll is based on the German tradition of going to Christkindlmarkts that are filled to the brim with holiday cheer – AND flowing with Glühwein and other tasty beverages.
This year, participants will stroll with their mugs in hand through 38 different stops, sampling an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage at each. Many of our shops along the way will be open for business, as well as many restaurants. Grab a bite to eat along the way and get some holiday shopping done too!
PURCHASE YOUR MUG EARLY! THEY WILL SELL OUT! Mugs are $30, cash or check only (mugs can be purchased with a credit card for $32 at the Book and the Bean ONLY).

Kick off your Christmas Season with Old Mandeville Business Association at the 10th anniversary of Sips of the Season Stroll. It’s an event you don’t want to miss, and bring your family and friends too (as long as they are at least 21 years old)!
On the night of the stroll, please visit one of our 3 wristband locations starting at 4pm.

Bring your stroll mug and Valid I.D. to verify you are of legal drinking age (21)and you will receive your wristband for the evening festivities. We cannot serve you alcohol without a wristband.
