Hi, I'm Katy. Mom to four sweet boys ages 10, 6, 6, and 5. It's a loud, messy, chaotic life. I love connecting with other parents and am so glad you stopped by today!

Thank you–I will correct that right away!
Do you know of anything like this for Metairie and the Southshore folks?
Yes! The site is Jefferson Parish Parent and here’s a link to their Fourth of July Post: http://jeffersonparishparent.com/forth-of-july-celebrations-in-and-around-jefferson-parish/

The Mande Milkshakers will host the 1st Annual Mande Independence Day Parade on the Lakefront Tuesday, July 4th! The parade themed “Red, White, and Mande Blue” will celebrate the Mandeville PD, Mandeville Fire Deoartment, local veterans, and all things America! Parade lineup is at 1:30pm for participants and the parade will proceed down the walking path of the lakefront from 2-4pm. Pre registration is required to participate but anyone can watch! Details can be found at https://mandemilkshakers.wordpress.com/photo-gallery/
See y’all on the 4th! Until then… keep on shaking!
