Most of us have witnessed the amazing phenomena that is kid sleep. Once they decide they’re sleeping, nothing gets in their way. They could be on a roller coaster or halfway through dinner–it doesn’t matter! When the spirit moves them, sleep they must. Here are just a few examples.
This little guy had everything going for him–he’s in a soft outfit, he appears to be indoors, and he’s in a crib! There’s no better place for nap. Unfortunately, the nap spirit grabbed him in the middle of what appears to be a yoga pose. SO CLOSE little guy. You’re going to be really limber when you eventually wake up, though.
A lot of people would be on alert when faced with the prospect of snakes and alligators. Not this little lady. When a girl needs to sleep, a girl needs to sleep, which is why she had no problem passing out on this swamp tour. Yes, she’s on a swamp tour. Someone please tell those gators they’re not as scary as they thought.
This poor guy. He knew he was tired. He got close to his bed, but he wasn’t able to make it all the way to the finish line. I guess sleeping under his bed will have to be enough.
This one isn’t that surprising. A lot of men I know find shopping at Hobby Lobby boring. This guy just has the perseverance to sleep on plastic when duty calls. It’s a gift, really.
This poor child. She has everything she needs for the perfect sleep, but she’s sitting up! You know a child is tired when they can’t be bothered to lay their head down.
This poor guy. I don’t even know how this happened. I guess he got turned around, ended up in the bathroom and just decided to call it a day. This skill will come in handy should he ever decide to attend LSU.
And here we have the Chinese riddle of sleep situations. Was she getting in or out of the bed when she fell asleep? We may never know.
And there you have it. Conclusive proof that little kids can sleep anywhere and in any position. Just give them a chance and they’ll prove themselves.
