Natural Treatment for Tummy Aches {Works for Us}

For me, one of the hardest things about having very small children is that so many common medications are off-limits for them. I think I actually celebrated when my son was old enough to take Benadryl.

Not being able use very many medications, I’m pretty much the queen of natural remedies–I try a lot of stuff. One thing that definitely works for me and my kids is belly massage. I read about the technique in Dr. Sear’s big purple book and I still use it with one of my twins who has a ton of stomach issues. Watch the video below to see me the massage technique in action!

***I am not a doctor. I am just a mom and I would recommend consulting your doctor about any treatment before you try it.***
