Pink and Gold First Birthday

Sometimes simple gets a bad rap, but it shouldn’t. Simple is timeless. Simple allows the people to take center stage. My friend Cassie’s first birthday party for her little girl is a perfect example. Elegant is often hard to obtain at a kid’s birthday party. The temptation for bright colors and garish characters can be far too great and before you know it, it looks like the nearest party store has thrown up in your living room. This beautiful party avoids all that with plenty of homemade elements and a sophisticated color scheme. Check out the pictures:
